After testing a lot on my own rig I decided to let a few other people try my XML file and they all came back with the same answer, that this XML has made their game much more playable and enjoyable, I figured I would put up a link here for anyone who wants to play the PC version without constant stutttering and framerate drops, you will need the patch.bat and patch.fat files that come with the original mod which you can find here.

This should give you an insane performance boost, I can now get 60FPS highs and lows of about 45FPS during heavy physics based crashes, hope you guys enjoy it :)

Sup guys, when I bought watch dogs 2 I had alot of performance issues with my pc setup. I have a i7-4790k gtx 970 4GB and 8gb of ram 1866MHZ. The game started stuttering for me while driving and going in crowded areas. I tried lowering my settings etc... but no effect. Now after 2 weeks I was wondering how the DLC (ULTRA-textures) looked like and how it affected the game. Somehow it fixed 90% of the stuttering and lagg and it keeps a consistant fps of 60-90. With 1 little stutter now and then while driving in san fransisco (city) I have no clue why this would fix it. Anyone knows an answer to this or is it just that WD2 isn't very well optimized to get the right amount of performance out of the 900/1000 series?
