I think I may have fixed. You can change number by editing a text document in the files of the mod manager itself.
So to fix some problems in the DLCs it was suggested that I change the patch number from 10 to 11 or something higher and IT WORKED. Now my saves dont work on patch numbers lower than the one I used to fix it, but the mods still think its patch 11. I have re-downloaded the tools suite and the mod manager, but how do I edit the official patch to number 13? It is at number 11 right now and number 13 is how I got things to work without crashing. My mods wont work though because the manager sees number 11.
Also: i did this for descent with the crash when u click on the bodies, i incremented to 12, saved, quit, incremented down back to 11, and continued just fine. Did the same thing here with 13, didnt work.
